Returns & Refunds

GCDS has a 14-day return policy.

If you wish to return an item you have 14 days from the time of delivery of your order to return it to our returns centre.

The Product(s) must be returned in their original condition, following the instructions below.

 

Italy & Europe 

 

Every article purchased on GCDS Online Store can be returned free of charge. 

- The return can be made in the original box or in an equally robust box, making sure to remove all previous labels from the outside of the package. 

- The return label included in the package must be attached to the outside of the box.

- For the return shipment you can: book a pick-up by contacting DHL, bring the package to the nearest DHL point or enter the waybill number directly on the DHL website.

- Keep the tracking number so that you can monitor the shipment of your parcel. 

Once received in the warehouse, the return will be processed and if it complies with the required conditions, it will be credited back to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email when the return has been successfully completed.

Express shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are not refundable.

Once received in stock, the return will be processed and if it complies with the required conditions will be credited back to the type of payment used at the time of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email when the return is successfully completed. express shipping costs charged at the time of purchase are not refundable.

 

Important Information

In order for customer service to accept the return, the item(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packaging, with its label attached and unused.
GCDS cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage to returned package.
The costs relating to the return of the products, with the exception of products that are damaged or have proven defects, shall be borne by the sender.

For all shipments coming from or going to countries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the country of shipment. Payment of these duties is required to clear your order through customs.
It is not possible to calculate the exact amount to be paid for taxes and duties, so please check before placing an order.
